Service Description

Shadow Work Coaching takes clients through the mindfulness coaching process to identify their deepest desire, explore Shadow work heals and integrates the portions of our psyche that, while trying to protect us, maybe create barriers to us achieving our dreams. During our session, we will discuss your current experience, identify your deepest desire, the activators related to that desire, the origin messenger, and limiting beliefs. We'll then create a plan to begin the integration process using mindfulness techniques. Coaching sessions can be booked for single or reoccurring sessions.
